One example of a UI design problem I faced was a mobile app with a cluttered and confusing menu system. Users were having trouble finding the features they needed and often resorted to using the search function. To solve this problem, I reorganized the menu system into logical categories and reduced the number of items displayed at once. I also added icons and color coding to help users quickly identify the category they were looking for. User testing showed that these changes improved usability and satisfaction with the app.
